Refund Eligibility
At quorinavexal, we stand behind the quality of our business leadership programmes. You may be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances outlined below. Our refund policy applies to all course enrollments, workshop registrations, and digital resource purchases made through our platform.
- Course cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of enrollment
- Technical issues preventing access to course materials for more than 72 hours
- Duplicate payments or billing errors on your account
- Course cancellation by quorinavexal due to insufficient enrollment
- Medical emergencies with proper documentation submitted within 30 days
Important: Refunds are not available for courses where more than 30% of content has been accessed or after 30 days from the original purchase date, whichever comes first.
Refund Process Timeline
Submit Request
Contact our support team at info@quorinavexal.com with your refund request and enrollment details. Include your order number and reason for the refund.
Review Period
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or documentation.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email once processing begins.
Payment Return
Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5-14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. quorinavexal considers refund requests for the following special circumstances on a case-by-case basis:
- Military deployment or emergency relocation with official documentation
- Serious illness or family emergency affecting ability to participate
- Job loss or significant financial hardship documented within 30 days of occurrence
- Course content significantly differs from advertised description
- Technical platform issues lasting more than one week without resolution
For special circumstance requests, please provide relevant documentation and contact our support team directly. Each case is reviewed individually by our academic advisory committee.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
- Individual coaching sessions after they have been conducted
- Physical materials that have been shipped and delivered
- Certification exam fees (separate from course enrollment)
- Third-party software licenses or tools included with courses
- Conference tickets within 30 days of the event date
- Custom corporate training programmes after delivery has commenced
Payment Processing: Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements may take additional processing time.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, quorinavexal may offer partial refunds based on course completion and access time:
- 90% refund for withdrawal within 7 days with less than 10% content accessed
- 75% refund for withdrawal within 14 days with less than 20% content accessed
- 50% refund for withdrawal within 21 days with less than 30% content accessed
- No refund available after 30 days or more than 30% content completion
Course progress is tracked automatically through our learning management system. Content access includes video views, document downloads, assignment submissions, and forum participation.
